Based away of north Pennsylvania and focusing on an intoxicating mixture of Slowdive/My Bloody Valentine-era shoegaze and plaintive electro-ambient indie pop, Stargazer Lilies take great pride in themselves on getting back again “the raw rock and roll primal gaze, zero bullshit sunshine haze.” Shaped by multi-instrumentalists and ex-Soundpool people John Ceparano and Kim Field, along with live drummers EJ DeCoske and Johnny Lancia, the music group released its Cigarette of Dark Moth Super Rainbow-curated, Graveface Records-issued debut, We Will be the Dreamers, in fall 2013. Following departure of both DeCoske and Lancia, Stargazer Lilies recruited L.A.-structured Tammy Hirata (Blood Candy) as their brand-new drummer. With this brand-new lineup, they finished focus on their follow-up LP, Door to sunlight, which found its way to June 2016.
