Christian heavy rock-band Spoken shaped in Nashville, Tennessee in 1996. In the beginning, the trio of close friends — Matt Baird on vocals, Scoop Roberts on acoustic guitar, and Isaiah Perez on drums — experienced a nu-metal audio, that they debuted in 1997 on the first album, ON YOUR OWN Ft (Metro 1 Music). Second LP …What Remains, was comparable, nonetheless it wasn’t until their third (and last) record for Metro 1, Echoes from the Spirit Still Dwell, they begun to get very much heavier. Metro 1 released a Greatest Strikes collection in 2001 prior to the music group signed with Teeth & Toe nail. They released three albums for the Religious label, every time changing their style additional: first using a screamo/pop-punk vibe (2003’s AN INSTANT of Imperfect Clearness) and to melodic hard rock and roll (2005’s Last Opportunity to Breathe), until heading full Linkin Recreation area for 2007’s self-titled discharge. An effective Kickstarter advertising campaign in 2015 helped the music group release their 8th album, Breathe Once again, on Artery Information.
