Spod

Spod is both name from the band and its own frontman, a greasily exuberant Australian edition of Har Mar Superstar who’s enthusiastic about sex, scorpions, and declaring what to end up being awesome. Inspired or perhaps scarred forever by hearing the two 2 Live Team song “WE WISH Some Pussy” in the rear of a schoolbus being a guy, Spod the person introduced himself towards the globe with an record called Flavor the Radness on Surprise Information in 2003. The album’s combination of electroclash, rock and roll, and juvenilia discovered an market, helped by full of energy and anarchic concert events featuring all of those other enigmatically named music group: backup vocalists, dancers, and choreographers Krylon and A-Blade, who also pass the collective moniker “Scorpionz of Sex,” and guitarist/drummer Andy Clockwise. Spod performed the WEDDING DAY Out celebration in 2004 and in addition collaborated with Regurgitator for some gigs billed as ReSPODutator; they documented a song jointly through the Band in the Bubble truth television task. Spod also documented an EP known as Eternal Championz in the house of Regurgitator business lead vocalist Quan Yeomans. In 2007 Spod the person teamed up with Yeomans once again to create the hip-hop duo Blox. In 2008 Spod the music group released another EP, this time around a particular, vinyl-only release known as Aminals, which finished the group by offering their cover of “WE WISH Some Pussy.”
