Spirals Quartet

Comprised of people Jacob Sacks (piano), Sam Sadigursky (reeds), Eivind Opsvik (bass), and Don Peretz (drums), the brand new York City-based jazz outfit Spirals Quartet provides performed regularly at such acclaimed regional venues as the Knitting Factory, Visiones, the Blue Be aware, Internet Cafe, Detour, Cleopatra’s Needle, the Dear Mind Inn, Carnegie Hall, as well as the Community Vanguard (furthermore to touring nationally and in Europe’s jazz festival circuit). All of its associates have trained music at treatment centers and lectures, and everything have done period as session music artists, working with famous brands Brad Mehldau, Bob Mintzer, Ray Dark brown, Steve Slagle, Billy Hart, Lew Soloff, and Phil Woods. 2001 noticed the Spirals Quartet’s debut discharge, Spirals, on Unleaded Information.
