Spice, originally referred to as Sugars and Spice, comprised Suzanne Morier (vocals), Laurie Currie (drums, vocals), Brian Miessner (bass, vocals), Chuck Gorling (body organ, piano), Phil O’Connell (acoustic guitar) and Bob Walker (bass). They documented many singles in 1969 as Sugars and Spice and in 1972, after Morier and Walker fallen out, released “Nice Talkin’ Female,” “Strawberry Wines” and “Slightly Love.”
