Biography
Among the many tasks helmed by Swedish key pad ace Richard Andersson, Space Odyssey also includes vocalist Patrik Johansson (Astral Doorways), guitarist Magnus Nilsson (Talisman), bassist Marcel Jacob (ex-Rising Power), and drummer Zoltan Csorsz (the Bloom Kings). Confusingly, Space Odyssey’s debut record, 2004’s Embrace the Galaxy, seldom bothers itself with anything technological or space related, but instead features ultra-technical neo-classical rock within the picture of Yngwie Malmsteen’s Increasing Force.
