Among the early monikers utilized by legendary drum’n’bass manufacturer Danny Breaks, Sonz of the Loop da Loop Period was an effective work on Suburban Bottom Records as the label was growing to prominence in the first ’90s among the initial drum’n’bass brands to use from the underground. As Sonz of the Loop da Loop Period, Breaks released one full-length record, Flowers in my own Garden (Suburban Bottom, 1994), among the genre’s initial long-players. Sonz of the Loop da Loop Period features components of Breaks’ hardcore origins along with the drum’n’bass sound he was assisting pioneer at that time. With the middle-’90s, Breaks got place the moniker to rest and was concentrating on his very own label, Droppin’ Research, recording mainly under his very own name.
