Sons and Daughters

Glasgow’s Sons and Daughters don’t follow the indie pop method made famous by their counterparts (Belle & Sebastian, Camcorder Obscura). Adele Bethel, David Gow, Scott Paterson, and Ailidh Lennon, who shaped the group in 2001, compose a rough-cast folk-rock audio like the wants of Smog and Kitty Power. Ahead of getting collectively, Bethel (vocals and acoustic guitar) and Gow (drums) toured and documented using the Zephyrs and Arab Strap.
