Solar Twins may be the British-raised, Los Angeles-based duo of David Norland (digital instruments) and Joanna Stevens (vocals). Norland, who was raised in Western London, includes a traditional background; Stevens is usually half Burmese. They 1st teamed up in Britain, then relocated to LA, where they performed in the Viper Space and were authorized to Maverick Information. Their self-titled debut record premiered in Sept 1999.
