Along with his multiple piercings, tattoos, and gothic makeup, Soan surprised audiences across France by becoming the unlikely winner of this year’s 2009 seventh group of Nouvelle Star. Created Julien Decroix in Annemasse in 1981, he remaining home at age group 17 and spent another ten years seeking to make a living like a musician, frequently busking at numerous Paris Metro channels.
