Snowden

Acquiring its name in the novel Capture 22, indie rock-band Snowden contains Chandler Rentz (drums), Corinne Lee (bass, keyboard), David Payne (guitar), and Jordan Jeffares (vocals, guitar, keyboard). Snowden acquired its begin in 2004 in Jeffares’ bedroom during his mature year in university. The demonstration recordings impressed Jeffares’ sibling, who presented him to like-minded music artists. Today a quartet, the music group found local achievement using a self-released EP, which inspired them to go to NY for shows. Your time and effort paid, and Snowden discovered themselves starting for groups like the Unicorns, Clap THE HANDS State Yeah, and Arcade Fireplace. The band’s debut LP, Anti-Anti premiered on Jade Tree in August 2006 and features creation by Erik Wofford (Explosions in the Sky, My Morning hours Jacket).
