Sleeping Flies

Sleeping Flies (Richard Olson, Michael Evill, and Henrik Dahl) are one of the artists creating the Ultra Wide Music group collective (additional artists within the collective consist of Biowire and Jivaro). The Swedish trio can be in charge of the Digital Watusi Boogaloo label, which started releasing information jointly with American label Kindercore in 2000. After adding to the Kindercore Fifty compilation, the Sleeping Flies released its debut full-length, YOU MIGHT BE First-class, which fuses acidity home and ambient dub using the vibe of early-’90s Madchester. The recording was co-produced by Expenses Doss of Olivia Tremor Control, and combined by Derek Almstead from Of Montreal and Summer season Hymns.
