New Orleans rapper Skull Duggrey fell deeply in love with hip-hop as a kid and began getting together with the Nature Males, a locally well-known dance and rap crew. Skull’s longtime friend, Grasp P, place him around the gold-selling Down South Hustlers compilation, and his status grew following that. Two years later on, his debut recording appeared, no Limit and Charges Information co-released the follow-up These Wicked Roads. 3rd Ward Stepper found its way to 2000 around the Hoodlum Entertainment imprint.
