Skinlab

Skinlab can be an option metal music group formed in SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA in Sept 1995 by bassist/vocalist Steev Esquivel and guitarist Mike Roberts; the group also contains guitarist Gary Wendt and drummer Paul Hopkins. The extreme, ultra-heavy riffing showcased on the demonstration tapes got them a agreement with Century Press, which released their debut recording, Bound, Gagged and Blindfolded, in 1997. Nevertheless, both guitarists remaining the group within the wake from the weighty touring that adopted; ex-Skrew guitarist Snake and ex-Killing Tradition and Laaz Rockit guitarist Scott Sargeant had been eventually earned as substitutes. This lineup documented the 1998 Eyesore EP to tide supporters over; the full-length Disembody: THE BRAND NEW Flesh made an appearance in 1999. Sergeant still left the group quickly before they made a decision to step back to the studio room, but Glen Telford was quickly connected to his place.
