Sioen

An integral figure around the Belgian singer/songwriter picture because the early 2000s, multi-instrumentalist Frederik Sioen (born in Ghent, 1979), studied traditional music before he started competing in a variety of pop/rock contests being a solo artist. After recruiting a long lasting backing music group, including potential Absynthe Minded violinist Renaud Ghilbert, he was asked to compose the soundtrack for 2003 film, Group Spirit II. Exactly the same season, Sioen he released his debut record, See You Nude, and pursuing 2004’s Ease YOUR BRAIN and 2007’s A Potion, he teamed up with many regional South African music artists in ’09 2009 to record the Contacting Up Soweto LP. His self-titled 5th studio effort found its way to 2012.
