Simon Love

Simon Like (given birth to Simon Rock) is a Welsh singer/songwriter most widely known for fronting ’60s-influenced indie pop group the Loves, who released 4 full-length albums and many singles EPs using their inception in 2000 with their dissolution in 2011. Following the Loves split up, Simon performed acoustic guitar in Knickers, who released a 7″ EP on Elefant Information in 2012. He added several covers (including tunes by Daniel Johnston plus they MAY BE Giants) to compilations before you begin work on single materials. Simon Love’s debut single full-length, It APPEARED LIKE an excellent Idea at that time, made an appearance on Fortuna Play 2015. The recording was a bitter, obscenity-filled, bleakly funny assortment of ornately orchestrated pop tunes about the dark part of love, human relationships, and friendships.
