German rapper Silla (who used the name Godsilla until 2010) was created Matthias Schulze on, may 5, 1984. While still in senior high school, he fulfilled Ruler Orgasmus One, who afterwards continued to discovered the label I Luv Cash Records, and produced his first visitor appearance on 2003’s Rap Braucht Kein Abitur, the debut recording of I Luv Money’s co-founder Bass Sultan Hengzt. In 2004, Silla released his debut recording, Übertalentiert, accompanied by a cooperation album with Ruler Orgasmus One entitled Schmutzige Euros. After he guested on Bushido’s Staatsfeind Nr. 1 in 2005 (Bushido was another co-founder of I Luv Cash but remaining the label in 2002), Bushido attempted to indication Silla to his fresh label, Ersguterjunge, but Silla refused to keep I Luv Cash. Silla’s second recording, Massenhysterie, was released in 2006, and a sequel towards the Ruler Orgasmus One cooperation album adopted in 2007. The same 12 months, Silla released his third single album, Town of God. A cooperation recording with Fler (showing up as Frank White colored), 2008’s Südberlin Maskulin, were able to reach quantity 22 around the graphs. After Silla remaining I Luv Profit 2009, he announced his 4th solo recording, Silla Instinkt, but because of his issues with alcoholism, the record needed to be postponed (in June 2009, Silla was taken to a medical center with a bloodstream alcohol degree of 0.49 percent). In Apr 2010, Silla was compelled to drop the name Godsilla by T_h_, japan company which possessed the rights towards the Godzilla monster, and he transformed his stage name to Silla. Silla Instinkt was finally released on I Luv Profit March 2011, getting into the graphs at amount 30, but half a year later, Silla agreed upon with Fler’s label Maskulin. In March 2012, Fler and Silla released a follow-up with their cooperation album entitled Südberlin Maskulin II.
