Modern group Silent Audio debuted in 2002 in the Boulder, CO-based Springtime Hill label with Nightfall. The record features Butch Baldassari, David Hoffner, and Jim Hoke playing a range of instruments during the period of the record: from mandolin and mandola to woodwinds and strings. This trio performs compositions by way of a selection of songwriters, including Planting season Hill recording musician Michael Hoppé.
