The project of Uk producer Richard Blair, Sidestepper fuses a Latin aesthetic using the past due ’90s electronic dance music aesthetic, producing a dancefloor-friendly cross that displays a refreshing option to the often formulaic sound of electronic dance music. Blair 1st fostered his enthusiasm for Latin noises while surviving in Colombia. Later on, once he relocated to the U.K., he found out substantial curiosity and influence within the fledging United kingdom club scene, powered by DJ-spun digital dance music information. Since few had been exploiting the merger of the two noises, Blair did that, producing a refreshing audio showcased first in later 1999 in the Logozo EP. A season afterwards, a full-length record titled More Grasp was released.
