Shingoose

Shingoose (aka Curtis Jonnie), an Ojibwa Indian used by Manitoba missionaries at age four, started singing in the church choir. He sang using the Boystown Concert Choir after shifting towards the U.S. and, in the middle-’60s, started using rock and roll and R&B rings in NY and Washington, D.C. Back Canada by 1973, He started documenting in 1975, when his Local Country EP premiered. Fight of Norval (1979) and Organic Tan (1988) are also released, on Headband Information. Shingoose can be very energetic in Local American causes, hosting a current affairs Television show.
