Shawn “Thunder” Wallace

Shawn Wallace certainly got his saving profession off to an easy start, recording 4 CDs (including 1 for the Schoolkids label) before he turned 21. His dad plays saxophone as well, has created Wallace’s recordings and it has been his primary motivation. Shawn Wallace started playing alto when he was six and didn’t listen to additional jazz music artists’ recordings very much until he previously already created his own audio; his favorite part model down the road became Sonny Stitt. Wallace began composing tunes when he was seven, started playing gigs just a couple years later on and documented three albums for his Mijawa label including his debut, THE BRAND NEW And The Aged, when he was 14. The next year he previously the chance to open up for Ray Charles. While still an adolescent he conducted treatment centers, trained music and made an appearance on tv shows. During his 1st Schoolkids launch, Crying Melodies, Shawn Wallace was going to Western Michigan University or college and clearly experienced the potential to be always a main player in the foreseeable future.
