Shang Shang Typhoon

Shang Sang Typhoon (SST) is a wildly eclectic music outfit. Tokyo structured and led with a banjo participant who goes on the name of Crimson Dragon, SST consider the essential Okinawan sound and combine involved with it liberal dosages of African drumming, reggae, Hawaiian electric guitar, and Latin American dance music. SST’s experimentation, argues Crimson Dragon, is dependant on the kayokyoku custom of eclecticism.
