Influenced by ’80s English dark rock and roll, Murcia’s Sean Frutos (vocals) and Jorge Guirao (guitar) shaped Second in 1997. Following the typical round of regional gigs and effective looks in music contests, the group released its debut recording, Private Existence, in 2000, and added bassist Nando Robles. Second’s lineup will be finished with Fran Guirao (drums) and Javi Vox (acoustic guitar), who became a member of for the band’s sophomore work, Present.
