Sean Bergin

Southern African expatriate and reed participant Sean Bergin was portion of a reasonably large-scale diaspora of music artists from that nation who, from the 1960s, migrated to Europe searching both for any freer political weather and a wider selection of performance opportunities. Bergin resolved in holland and quickly started working with some of the most forward-looking jazz music artists on the picture. For his M.O.B. ensemble, he built an all-star lineup making use of lots of the associates of the beautiful Dutch music group the ICP Orchestra. Bergin passed away in Amsterdam in Sept 2012 at age 64.
