Scarling

Combining components of pop and goth with an enormous guitar-based sound, Scarling may be the brainchild of guitarist Christian Hejnal, a previous person in the Drummed, and vocalist Jessicka, who was simply the frontwoman of Jack port Off Jill. Both fulfilled at a LA rock club, and some weeks later on they began composing songs collectively; their writing classes led them to create a band to execute their new materials. Becoming a member of Hejnal and Jessicka in the task are guitarist Rickey Lime, bassist Kyle Lime, and drummer Garey Snider; the group released their first solitary, “Band Aid Addresses the Bullet Opening” (made by Chris Vrenna) in the springtime of 2003. A seven-song, 33-minute recording, Sweet Heart Seller, adopted in 2004. The look of them on the 1st Curiosa tour also coincided its launch. Prior to the year’s end, Snider exited the music group and Beth Gordon was called Scarling’s fresh drummer. Another album, SUCH A LONG TIME, Scarecrow, was released in summer season 2005, followed another year with a three-song EP, Looking to sunlight.
