Scar the Martyr

Created in 2013 like a part task for Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison, Scar tissue the Martyr, which also features the talents of lead guitarists Jed Simon (Strapping Young Lad) and Kris Norris (Darkest Hour), keyboard player Matthew Tarach, bassist Kyle Konkiel, and vocalist Henry Derek, is an expert inside a hard-hitting, hook-filled mixture of post-grunge and alternative steel that invokes titles like Alice in Stores and Neurosis. The music group released its eponymous debut long-player on Roadrunner Information in Sept 2013. IN-MAY 2016, Jordison announced the dissolution from the music group. Along with Norris, Simon, Konkiel, and Tarach, Jordison continued to form a fresh group, VIMIC.
