Through the late ’90s, pop vocalist Sasha (aka Sasha Alexander) became among Germany’s biggest pop stars. After his preliminary introduction singing back-up on strikes for Adolescent Deenay, Sasha’s 1998 debut solitary, “I’m Still Waitin’,” produced him the best pinup; the sole went Best 20. His 1st album, FOCUSED ON…, went platinum, offering 750,000 copies in Germany only, and bowed in at number 3 for the German graphs. His sophomore work, You, moved into the graphs at number 2, and achievement was virtually unstoppable. After enough time spent earning over the Western public, Sasha targeted to break America. Beneath the name Sasha Alexander, he released Dedicated To…, a series featuring his greatest slashes from his earlier Western produces, on Reprise in 2001.
