Sara Leib

Sara Leib emerged in the first 21st hundred years as an inventive scat vocalist with a whole lot of potential. She began learning piano and tinkering with many instruments before making a decision to become singer. Leib found experience singing inside a college jazz choir while performing along with information in the home, emulating such horn soloists as Kilometers Davis, John Coltrane, Benny Goodman, and Louis Armstrong. She sang using the Grammy Large Schools Country wide Jazz Ensemble, went to the Berklee College of Music during 1999-2001, and gained a bachelor of music level from the brand new Britain Conservatory. Leib analyzed with Dominique Eade (who was simply a strong impact), Steve Lacy, and Jerry Bergonzi. After graduation, she toured Japan, performed with pianist Artwork Lande, and finally settled within the Los Angeles region. Recently, Leib spent some time working within the studios, trained music, created many new tunes, toured South Africa and Guatemala, and documented her debut Compact disc, IT ISN’T the Moon. Her definitive goal would be to help popularize jazz within her era.
