Sandy is a Brazilian pop vocalist with an MPB design who all made her smash strike record debut with Manuscrito this year 2010 after 2 decades of phenomenal achievement in tandem with her sibling in the teenager pop duo Sandy e Junior. Blessed Sandy Leah Lima on January 28, 1983, in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil, she actually is the little girl of Xororó (blessed Durval de Lima) from Chitãozinho & Xororó, perhaps one of the most effective sertanejo duos ever. Sandy started her career young in tandem with her sibling Junior Lima (blessed Durval de Lima, Jr., on Apr 11, 1984) in the duo Sandy e Junior. They started performing jointly in 1989 and produced their full-length recording debut with Aniversário perform Tatu in 1991. A media phenomenon in the elevation of their achievement, Sandy e Junior peaked in recognition around the change of the hundred years using the multi-million-selling albums Period Uma Vez: Ao Vivo (1998), As Quatro Estaçõsera (1999), As Quatro Estaçõsera: O Display (2000), and Sandy e Junior (2001). Pursuing 15 albums, two movies, and five months of their tv series, the sister-and-brother duo dissolved their collaboration in 2007 after a farewell tour as well as the unplugged recording Acústico MTV (2007). Sandy after that took a couple of years away before getting into a solo profession with Manuscrito this year 2010. Released in colaboration with Common Music, Manuscrito was a high Five hit within the Brazilian albums graph and spawned the singles “Pés Cansados” and “Sem Jeito.” As opposed to her function in Sandy e Junior, the recording finds Sandy implementing a complicated MPB design and carrying out her own tunes, most of them co-written with Lucas Lima.
