Sandy y Papo

Meren-rap duo Sandy y Papo blend the wealthy rhythms of traditional merengue with hard-hitting beats similar to American club music, both house and hip-hop. Documenting for Parcha Information, the group debuted using the 1996 LP Hora de Bailar. Otra Vez adopted one year later on, and Sandy con Papo’s Remix Recording premiered in July 1998.
