Sanctum began in Sweden because the music group November Commandment, later on Nov*Com; affected by ’80s industrial-synth rings such as Front side 242, the quartet released a demonstration cassette called Total Framework on Krash Productions. For his or her next function, the Exile Train station EP (released in 1993 by Motorised Brain Productions), Nov*Com added a goth-industrial audio with large guitars. Authorized to Cold Meats Market in 1994, the music group transformed its name to Sanctum and documented their American debut.
