A Hammond B-3 expert, keyboardist Sam Yahel is really a progressive musician using a bent toward blending expansive post-bop and cerebral body organ trio funk . Since shifting to NEW YORK in 1990, Yahel provides performed and documented with several name music artists, including trumpeter Ryan Kisor, trombonist Wycliffe Gordon, guitarist Costs Frisell, saxophonist Joshua Redman, vocalist Madeleine Peyroux, funk star Maceo Parker, among others.
