Salt

Salt is really a trio hailing from Sweden comprising vocalist/songwriter/guitarist Nina Ramsby, bassist Daniel Ewerman, and drummer Jim Tegman. The music group grew from a casual jamming group amongst close friends who attended artwork school collectively and encompassed as much as six members at the same time. The existing lineup continues to be playing collectively since 1992. Ramsby experienced some teaching on piano, clarinet, and saxophone, but declined orchestral music and only your guitar. She writes lyrics in British instead of Swedish because she discovers it a far more melodic, possibly obscure and poetic vocabulary. Salt’s debut, Auscultate, premiered in 1995. Hold off Me Down and Make Me Wah-Wah adopted in 1997.
