Sally Oldfield

The sister of both Terry and Michael “Tubular Bells” Oldfield, Sally Oldfield got her music career started by appearing on many of Michael’s projects within the ’70s. This resulted in Sally acquiring her own single record deal, leading to such produces as 1978’s Drinking water Bearer, as well as the 1980 U.K. strike solitary “Mirrors.” Sally also made an appearance on the vacation album Celebrity of Heaven recording with her sibling Terry — showcasing her vocal skills on the 23-minute-long edition of “Ave Maria” along with a spirit stirring reading of “Silent Night time.” She’s released solo albums through the entire ’80s and ’90s — her first launch of the brand new millennium was the double-disc anthology Mirrors in 2001.
