Salad

Salad was a somewhat underrated U.K.-centered pop group that included vocalist/keyboardist Marijne Van Der Vlugt, bassist Pete Brownish, drummer Rob Wakeman, and guitarist Paul Kennedy. They shaped in 1992 and released three full-lengths — 1995’s Drink Me, the same year’s Singles Pub, and 1997’s Icecream — before splitting up in the past due ’90s. Despite becoming area of the Brit-pop picture with regards to sound, they under no circumstances quite received the same quantity of attention directed at their peers.
