Saint Pé

After spending a decade using the raucous and decadent garage punk band the Black Lips, guitarist and singer Ian St. Pé lay out by himself with a fresh documenting and performing task, Saint Pé. Blessed in New Orleans, Louisiana on Oct 12, 1977, Ian St. Pé still left the Crescent Town and transferred to Atlanta, Georgia shortly after graduating senior high school in hopes of earning music his profession. In Atlanta, St. Pé briefly became a member of a punk music group known as the Renegades, but fell out to focus on various other projects. The music group transformed their name towards the Dark Lip area, and in 2002, shortly once they struck a documenting cope with Bomp Information, the group’s primary business lead guitarist, Ben Eberbaugh, passed away in an car wreck. Jack port Hines had taken over for Eberbaugh as the Dark Lip area released their self-titled debut, however when Hines give up the music group in 2004, they reached out to St. Pé, who re-joined the lineup. Between 2004 and 2014, St. Pé made an appearance on four studio room albums and one live disk using the Dark Lips, and performed hundreds of displays using the music group, striking every continent except Antarctica. St. Pé also trim a set of albums with Gemstone Rugs, a aspect project featuring associates of Deer Tick, Los Lobos, and Six Finger Satellite television; he also trim material with various other side projects the initial Three as well as the Almighty Defenders. But ultimately, he grew weary of existence in the Dark Lip area, and in 2014 he lowered from the group and relocated to Nashville, Tennessee. Establishing a documenting studio room in the cellar of his fresh house, St. Pé released a new music group with Matt McCalvin on bass and acoustic guitar, Ian McDonald on acoustic guitar and drums, Paul Wierdak on keyboards, and John Restivo, Jr. on drums. Phoning his fresh combo Saint Pé, and providing a more refined and soulful variant on his garage area rock origins, Ian released a small number of single paths before getting a cope with the 3rd party label Ernest Jenning Record Business. They released the 1st Saint Pé recording, Fixed Concentrate, in Apr 2017.
