Sabbat

English band shaped in 1986, with Martin Walkyier (vocals), Andy Sneap (guitar), Frazer Craske (bass), and Simon Negus (drums). Sabbat recognized themselves with both their blazing speed and their desire for witchcraft, dark magic, paganism, as well as the Dark Ages. Their music was complicated and their stage display was extremely theatrical. After two albums, Walkyier and Craske still left the music group, with Walkyier developing Skyclad. Sabbat split up after one record with new workers.
