This UK indie rock quartet enjoyed a cult following but little commercial success using their inception in 1992, with their final implosion in the beginning of the new millennium. Ruth was shaped by Matt Hales (b. January 1972, Southampton, Hampshire, Britain; vocals/piano), his sibling Ben Hales (acoustic guitar/vocals), Matt Vincent-Brown (drums/vocals), and Stephen Cousins (bass/vocals). The second option got already liked a modicum of graph success as an associate of the Tribe Of Toffs, who reached the united kingdom Best 30 in 1988 using the enchanting “John Kettley (Can be A Weatherman)”.
