b. Rupert Theophilus Nurse, 26 Dec 1910, Slot Of Spain, Trinidad, Western Indies, d. 18 March 2001, Arima, Trinidad, Western Indies. Nurse spent portion of his child years in Trinidad and component in Venezuela.
