Florida-based singer/songwriter Roy Jay’s 1st album, Lucky Guy (2009), attained comparisons to Paul Simon, Bob Dylan, and Jimmy Buffett. He used even more of a blues-rock sound because of its follow-up, Fairfax Avenue, released by Rock and roll Ridge Music on August 31, 2010.
