Vocalist/songwriter Rosey continues to be surrounded by music since her early youth and credits her big family members for keeping the enthusiasm alive. First, it had been the Beatles. She discovered her parents’ record collection around age group seven and couldn’t withstand the infectious pop noises from the Fab Four. By university, she was rotating globe music at her university radio place and absorbing the huge selection of metropolitan fusion. And through countless music sector jobs, Rosey discovered her contacting. She loaded her luggage and left NY for SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA in the past due ’90s. There, she produced a music group and molded right into a soulful, blues-tinged songstress. Her big break emerged when her sultry melody “Appreciate” made an appearance in the 2001 film Bridget Jones’s Journal. Several months afterwards, “Afterlife” was showcased in the Farrelly Brothers humor Shallow Hal. In June 2002, Rosey produced her debut using the studio room full-length Dirty Kid. That summer months she toured with Meredith Brooks and Melissa Etheridge to get the album.
