Ron Pope

NY City-based singer/songwriter Ron Pope makes heartfelt, melodic pop. Hailing from Marietta, Georgia, Pope started performing and playing acoustic guitar seriously while an associate of various rings in senior high school. Nevertheless, after senior high school, Pope went to Rutgers University on the baseball scholarship or grant before a personal injury curtailed his sports activities profession. In 2003, Pope used in New York University or college, where he started concentrating on his music passions. It was during this time period that he started jamming with Zach Berkman and Paul Hammer, and finally formed the music group District. District continued to tour the united states and release many albums before Pope made a decision to concentrate on his single profession. In 2008, Pope released his debut full-length recording, Daylight. Then adopted up with three even more independent releases in ’09 2009: THE BED ROOM Demos, Goodbye, Goodnight, as well as the EP Hello Like. Also in ’09 2009, Pope authorized a recording agreement with Common Republic and released the singles “I REALLY BELIEVE” and “A Drop in the Sea,” the second option which became an online feeling, tallying up over 30 million sights.
