Romano Mussolini

b. 26 Sept 1927, Carpena, Forlì, Italy, d. 3 Feb 2006, Rome, Italy. The 3rd and youngest boy from the fascist dictator Benito Mussolini, who was simply performed by partisans by the end of Globe Battle II, he performed piano under a pseudonym (Romano Total) in his early years. By the first 50s he was getting known outside Italy because of festival performances and his are an accompanist to going to jazzmen. One of the guests had been Lars Gullin and Chet Baker (apparently, Baker, concerned over the way to handle his initial ending up in Mussolini, trapped out his hands and blurted out, ‘Sorry to listen to about your Father!’). Mussolini frequently led his very own small groups, generally playing within a boppish setting; he also created a technically achieved solo style. Probably the most famous of the was the Romano Mussolini All Superstars, which toured internationally with performers including Baker, Duke Ellington and Dizzy Gillespie. During his loss of life in Feb 2006, he was the final surviving kid of Benito Mussolini.
