A flexible and diverse acoustic pianist who lives on the East Coastline, Roger Davidson includes a very long history of performing both Western european classical music and straight-ahead bop (together with being knowledgeable of varied varieties of Latin music, including Afro-Cuban salsa, Argentinean tango, and Brazilian samba). Like a jazz improviser, Davidson offers favored an extremely lyrical and melodic strategy.
