Robert Ellis

Before signing with New Western world Information in early 2011, country songwriter Robert Ellis made a name for himself in Houston, Tx. Inspired by the united states, folk, and bluegrass information he’d noticed while developing up in southern Tx, Ellis started playing displays around the town, eventually getting a Wednesday evening residency at an area venue known as Fitzgerald’s. His market grew due to those weekly displays, nicknamed “Whiskey Wednesdays” because of their rowdy character and half-drunk clients, and Ellis gained more supporters on the effectiveness of his self-released debut, THE FANTASTIC Rearranger. One particular converted supporters was George Fontaine, Sr., chief executive of New Western Records, who authorized Ellis in 2011. Photos premiered that summer, blending acoustic folk tracks with uptempo nation numbers. The recording was chosen by American Songwriter as you of its Best 50 albums for your twelve months. Ellis toured america and European countries before relocating to Nashville. His even more eclectic sophomore recording, The Lights through the Chemical Vegetable, was documented there and made by Jacquire Ruler and released in Feb of 2014. After intensive touring and exceptional dissolution of his relationship, he came back to documenting. He self-produced his following album, simply entitled Robert Ellis, at Sugars Hill Studios in Houston. It had been manufactured by Steve Christiansen and combined by John Agnello. A pre-release solitary and video for “How I REALLY LIKE You” do well on loading sites as well as the album made an appearance in June of 2016.
