Rob $tone

Californian rapper Rob $tone broke in to the hip-hop mainstream along with his viral hit “Chill Bill.” Created Jaylen Robinson in NORTH PARK, $tone released the monitor — which also presented J. Davis and Spooks more than a Purp Dogg creation — in 2014. It made an appearance on his debut mixtape, Right Bummin, the next year. Due partly towards the song’s on-line popularity, $firmness released “Chill Expenses” as an individual in 2016 and it gradually climbed its method into the Best 30 from the Billboard Scorching 100. The monitor sampled Bernard Herrmann’s Twisted Nerve theme, that was afterwards popularized in Wipe out Costs, Vol. 1.
