Rob Mullins

Rob Mullins is really a versatile keyboardist with the capacity of taking part in both crossover and bop. Given birth to in Enid, Okay, Mullins spent amount of time in Ontario, CA, before shifting with his family members to Denver when he was 14. He started playing drums when he was 11, but 3 years later on when his lower leg was damaged in a vehicle accident, Mullins started playing piano. Mullins’ parents treasured jazz, so he was well familiar with the music when at 16 he shaped a jazz combo. He went to the College or university of North Colorado for an interval, researched with George Russell in NY, and in Denver began his very own record business (RMC Information), slicing four albums that marketed very well in your community. With time, Mullins shifted to LA, became a fixture in regional clubs, and documented one best-selling Compact disc after another, mainly for Nova, RME, & most lately for Zebra. Rob Mullins spent some time working with Branford Marsalis, Kirk Whalum, Ronnie Laws and regulations, Spike Robinson, Brian Bromberg, the Crusaders (touring in Joe Sample’s previous spot for 3 years), the Rippingtons, Diane Schuur, Dave Grusin, and many more, including his very own band of regional all-stars. He is a devoted music teacher for a few 30 years. His latest albums consist of 2006’s Specifications & Even more and 2008’s Storyteller.
