Rob Blakeslee

Free of charge jazz trumpeter Rob Blakeslee was created and raised in Portland, OR, starting his professional career around the Western Coastline circuit in 1970. Upon relocating to Dallas, TX in 1983, he documented using the Daagnim label, additionally teaching trumpet and jazz improvisation within the Dallas Individual School Region; four years afterwards Blakeslee came back to Portland, and in 1988 was appointed Movie director of Jazz Ensembles at Oregon Condition College or university. He also co-founded the neighborhood Innovative Music Guild and performed in no less than six different jazz ensembles spread between Oregon, Washington and Canada; Blakeslee’s headlining schedules for the Nine Winds label consist of Lifelines and Long Narrows, as well as for the Louie imprint, he documented Waterloo Ice Home and LAST SECOND Gifts.
