RM Hubbert

A Scottish guitarist and singer/songwriter who is a staple from the burgeoning Glasgow music picture because the early 1990s, Robert McArthur Hubbert, who prefers to put into practice RM Hubbert, is well known for his innovative, flamenco-inspired acoustic guitar design and evocative single outings, aswell as his use Glaswegian post-rockers Un Hombre Trajeado. Hubbert’s personal guitar style created, almost therapeutically, following the tragic loss of life of both his parents. His 1st collection of single items, First & Last, premiered independently in ’09 2009, and led to a list cope with the prominent Scottish label Chemikal Underground, who continue to concern 2012’s Scottish Recording of the entire year Award-winning Thirteen Shed & Present, which discovered Hubbert collaborating with Alasdair Roberts, the Delgados’ Emma Pollack, and Arab Strap’s Aiden Moffat, aswell as 2013’s Breaks & Bone tissue, the initial outing to feature Hubbert on vocals, and 2014’s assortment of B-sides, Ampersand Extras.
