River Matthews

Surrey indigenous River Matthews fostered his early love of music by learning covers in the songbooks from the Beatles, the Rolling Rocks, Bob Dylan, yet others. His wealthy, soulful tone of voice was a solid suit for the traditional fare, nonetheless it wasn’t until his mid-twenties that he finally mustered the courage to create some music of his very own. His first tune came by means of a plea to a fan, which Matthews sang to her in leading chair of his car.
